We happily accept all major credit cards and payments through PayPal. An existing PayPal account is not necessary in order to make a purchase.

Non-sale stocked items such as bags, pouches, and linen pillows may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the time of original purchase. Please see below for terms on other items.
In the event that you wish to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a store credit or exchange. You may email email@example.com to begin the process and receive a return authorization number. The item must be sent back to us with tracking number within 7 days of your receiving it. Customers are responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance costs incurred for returning the item to us. We will contact you when your return has been received and processed.
All returned items must be in the original, unused condition and original packaging, and sent via UPS, FEDEX or certified US mail with insurance based on the full cost of the purchase. Any items returned broken or deemed in unsellable condition will not be eligible for a return or exchange, and store credit will not be given.
If an item is broken or otherwise damaged during shipment back to us through carrier's or customer's negligence, you will still be responsible for payment. Any claims at that time are to be made between customer and shipping carrier.
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL on stocked limited edition cushions, Dumpling cushions, poufs, ceramic pieces, and vintage finds, as well as when those items are offered as pre-orders on the site or as bespoke orders. These items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. All items are insured for their full value by the shipping company. In the event that an item becomes damaged during shipping, please contact them and we will assist you with any information needed. Please don't hesitate to contact us prior to purchasing should you have any questions at all.

We take every precaution to ensure that items are packed and shipped with the utmost care, protection, and traceability. We encourage you to contact us with any questions, and to request a swatch of material before confirming a bespoke order for a pouf or cushion if you have any concerns.

We make every effort to ship your order within 3 to 5 business days of receiving confirmation. Please let us know if you require your item faster and we will do our best to accommodate you. Tracking information will be provided via email once you order has shipped. Please note that we DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. boxes. Please ensure that your correct mailing address is given in the checkout form. We are not responsible for items being lost in transit because of an address being given incorrectly.
DOMESTIC orders are shipped via UPS Ground and USPS, with insurance and signature requested. Please let us know should you wish to waive the signature. In this case, however, you will be responsible should the item be released by the carrier outside a house or building, and in the event of loss.
INTERNATIONAL, ALASKA, HAWAII and PUERTO RICO orders - Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to purchase an item, as our shopping site cannot process an order for an address overseas or outside the 48 contiguous states. We will be glad to arrange the best possible shipping arrangement for you.
